My story
Having graduated from Cardiff University with a first-class degree in Psychology, I’ve developed a curiosity about people - what captures our attention, how we interpret the world around us, and why certain visuals or ideas resonate more than others. That understanding naturally shapes the way I create: it gives me an instinct for mood, meaning, and the subtle details that make something feel engaging.
Outside of work, I’m often exploring the outdoors, moving my body, or surrounding myself with the people who ground me. I take my mental well-being seriously, so I love taking myself on solo dates, pushing through a spin class, or saying yes to something outside my comfort zone. I’m a movie enthusiast and love getting lost in anything beautifully shot or creatively told. It’s where I find a lot of my inspiration.
Travel has shaped me into someone who feels most alive when discovering new places. Teaching in New Delhi’s slums showed me strength and kindness in the toughest areas. Solo travelling through Italy taught me to trust myself, and exploring Europe has presented so many amazing cultures. My most recent adventure has been relocating to Australia.
